Monster Hunter World remains the best-selling game in Japan

Another week, Monster Hunter World, the latest installment of Capcom's saga, featured the Japanese sales charts that face new issues, such as the remake of Secret of Mana or Bayonetta 1 and 2 for Switch.

Square Enix's remake began its journey with a good foot but below the expected, over 35,000 units sold. Switch Bayonetta 1 and 2 did not have much, and the Climax edition with both physical format games sold more than the standard version of Bayonetta 2, which, unlike other markets, does not contain code for the first delivery.

Bayonetta 2 sold nearly 39,000 units when it was sold to Wii U, while both Switch account expenses accounted for just over 21,000.

As far as hardware is concerned, PlayStation 4 is ranked first because of Monster Hunter World's popularity, though Switch is now following.
