Douyin, the viral short video program run by ByteDance, launched its first mini-game, built on the top of a new feature that allows users to play games in the app without having to download them separately. The move will publish the social media rivalry between ByteDance and Tencent Holdings, China's biggest games, as mini games have been added to battle-winning programs over a larger part of the country's mercurial millennials. games were pioneered by Tencent's WeChat, China's answer.
